  • Core energy coaching is a solution-focused, action-oriented partnership that helps people create and experience the life of their choosing. It will challenge you to look at things differently, help you discover what you truly want in life, support you with designing step-by-step action plans for achieving your goals, and hold you accountable for taking action.

  • Coaching focuses on the present & future, while therapy typically focuses on the past.

    Some folks will have both a coach and a therapist who are working with them on different aspects of their being. Some will have just a therapist and some will have just a coach. All options are good options.

    In our first session, I will provide more information about the differences between therapy and coaching, but, overall, my promise to you is that if we sway into areas that will be better served by a therapist, I will let you know kindly.

  • We’ll start with a complimentary intro to coaching call. In that call, we will discuss the coaching process and what to expect from it. I will also coach you in an abbreviated session to allow us to get a sense for whether we’re a good fit.

    After the introductory call, I typically work with new clients for a minimum of 3 months and 12 months on average. Because coaching is a process that requires dedication and commitment to improving one’s life, every new client begins with a 12-week program, which lays the foundation for us working together, and we build from there.

  • After our first couple sessions, each coaching session will typically start with the same four questions:

    1. What do you want to work on in today’s session?

    2. What goal, specifically, would you like to have achieved by the end of the session?

    3. What makes achieving this goal meaningful or important for you?

    4. What do you believe you need to address or resolve in order to achieve your goal?

    Your answers to the above questions will dictate where the session goes from there. We may have a discussion. I may walk you through an activity or two - whatever will serve you best and help you get closer towards your goals.

    We will end the session by checking in on our progress and setting any needed action plans in place.

  • I work with anyone over the age of 18 who is open to the coaching process and is ready to take action towards change in their life.

  • Answer the following questions. If you answer, “Yes!” to at least half of them, coaching is for you.
